• Participate in project meetings and activities: launch, selection of suppliers, technical committees.
• Study the project constraints and put forward a purchasing strategy in line with the group's strategy.
• Carry out the call for tenders.
• Communicate to suppliers the product or service requirements and functionalities in a functional specification.
• Establishes competition between the supplier and conducts all negotiations to ensure the success of the tender process.
• Pilot the supplier’s integration from the new products design, liaise with the project organizations, ensure the new purchases launch under the best conditions and suggest solutions for standardization, process modifications or technical changes / materials to achieve its quality and cost objectives.
• Establishes contracts and guarantees their contractual compliance by suppliers.
• Evaluate the risks on the project in terms of development or production capacities, technical capacity or quality, financial viability.
• Manages the documentary part and the achievement of all project milestones relating to suppliers.
• Operates according to Group procedures (Purchasing Process, Code of Ethics, Integrity Guide, Anti-Corruption Procedure,)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
